LEVEL 1
Level 1 is the most basic report. Choose this report if you're buying, selling or living in a house, flat or bungalow. This report offers a 'traffic light' rating of the property detailing areas which need attention. It also summarises the condition of the building as well as planning, building control and guarantees.
LEVEL 2
Level 2 is our speciality. If you're looking for a more in-depth and extensive report, Central UK Surveyors are for you. This report includes all aspects of a Level 1 as well a professional opinion on market value, an insurance reinstatement, advice on repairs, legal issues, dangerous condition prevention and information on the local environment and efficiency.
LEVEL 3
Level 3 is more appropriate for old/run-down and unusual buildings. Or if you are planning major structural changes to a property. This report includes an evaluation on a wider range of issues such as hidden flaws, repairs and the impact of inactivity at a site.
2 Types of Level 2 Survey
1. Includes Market Valuation bolted on (including market valuation and insurance reinstatement)
2. Does not include market valuation and insurance reinstatement.
