What is a Level 2 Home Buyers Survey? And is it for you?

Making sure you choose the right level:

Level 1 is a very basic survey and may miss major issues.

Level 3 is more suited to old, run down properties.

The level 2 Home Buyers Survey is a survey of your current or potential home. It is more in-depth than the Level 1 and will allow you to identify any major structural damages which could cost you thousands of pounds in the future to rectify.

A Level 2 Home Buyers Survey will give you peace of mind when buying a property that there are no major issues, you could also use it to negotiate with the seller to fix the repairs. As well as this, the survey will allow you to budget for any potential repairs.
